Man Barricaded Himself Inside Baltimore Home
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police say a man barricaded himself inside a home in the 100-block of S. Mount Street early Sunday morning.
According to police, this happened after an argument with his girlfriend. They say he may have had a gun or guns.
He surrendered a short time afterward without incident. His name has not been released.
