Man Arrested In December Slaying Of 14-Year-Old
UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) -- The Prince George's County Sheriff's Office says a man sought in the shooting death of a 14-year-old has been arrested in Virginia.
Deputies say Luis Carlos Guzman-Ventura was arrested Monday in Petersburg, Va. He is charged in a warrant with first-degree murder in the Dec. 8 slaying of Eliezer Reyes in Lewisdale. Police said Reyes was killed and another man was injured in the drive-by shooting.
Guzman-Ventura is being held at the Chesterfield County Police Department.
