Man Arrested After Fallston Bank Is Robbed
FALLSTON, Md. (AP) -- The Harford County Sheriff's Office says a man who allegedly robbed a Fallston bank has been arrested.
Julius Elmo Montgomery, 30, of Bel Air was arrested in connection with Monday's robbery. He is being held without bail.
Deputies were called to the BB&T Bank on Baldwin Mill Road about 9:25 a.m. Monday by a holdup alarm. Authorities say a man entered the building and gave a teller a note demanding cash. After getting the money, the suspect fled on foot.
About 10 a.m., deputies were called to a vehicle crash. They say the driver, Montgomery, had evidence that was consistent with the robbery.
