Man Acquitted Of Robbing Convenience Store
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- A jury has acquitted a man of all charges in the robbery of a Hagerstown convenience store.
Thirty-eight-year-old Lee Colby Morton of Hagerstown was acquitted Wednesday in the December robbery.
The Herald-Mail of Hagerstown reports that three masked gunmen robbed United Petroleum of $2,000, cigarettes and cell phones. Two men were convicted and sentenced in the crime.
