Man, 20, Struck And Killed By Car In Arnold
ARNOLD, Md. (AP) -- Police say a 20-year-old man was struck and killed by a car in Arnold.
Anne Arundel County police say Thomas Becker was walking in the travel lanes of College Parkway and was wearing dark, non-reflective clothing when he was struck around 9 p.m. Saturday. Becker was pronounced dead by responding paramedics. The car that hit him remained at the scene.
Police have listed pedestrian error as the primary cause of death. The investigation continues.
