Male Clerk Shot At Baltimore County Convenience Store
HALETHORPE, Md. (WJZ)—A store clerk remains in Shock Trauma after he was shot while working at a convenience store in Baltimore County.
Police say they are looking for a suspect that tried to rob a convenience store and shot the store clerk in the shoulder and thigh.
It happened in the 3800 block of Hollins Ferry Road at the Speedy Mart just before 1:30 a.m. Monday.
The condition of the clerk is currently unknown.
Police did not say if anyone else was in the store at the time of the shooting.
The suspect is described as a black male approximately 5'9" and 160 pounds. He fled the store on foot without any items or cash.
The investigation is ongoing.
