Lawyer Steve Silverman weighs in on the Aaron Hernandez situation
On his first impression of the evidence against Hernandez,
Silverman said, "The evidence appears to be extremely strong"
He went on to talk about the other two suspects involved, "They probably lawyered up over the weekend and cut some deals. Not because Hernandez is the Pro Bowl tight end, but because he is the shooter."
When asked about why Hernandez didn't cover up his tracks Silverman said, "He's just not that smart. It's very difficult to get away with things like this anymore. They're going to exhaust every bit of technology to prosecute this guy, and they did."
When asked on a scale of 1-10 for the evidence against Hernandez so far, Silverman ranked it as an 8. "The only thing they don't have is video of him pulling the trigger."
