It was a great time to talk all sports with long-time Baltimore Sun columnist Kevin Cowherd, as he joined Zinno Monday night.

Kevin Cowherd Joins Zinno
Zinno started off with a discussion about the NBA Finals and LeBron James. "I think the level of abuse this guy has took over the last few years has been ridiculous," Cowherd said of James. The Heat and LeBron James won their second consecutive title.
Next it was the Orioles and Matt Wieters. Both gentelmen agreed that Wieters takes too much criticism as well. The Orioles catcher is an above average run producer, but he was overhyped as a power-hitting catcher. The Orioles are in positon for a playoff push. Cowherd said that people are making too much of the starting pitching when there are so many other things going so well for the Birds.
All five teams in the AL East are above .500. It has been amazing to watch all the teams play this well. Zinno attributes it to the managers and how good they are. Cowherd agrees, but the players on these teams are starting to live up to their billing.
