2 Brothers Charged In Shooting That Killed Teen, Injured 5 Others, Baltimore County Police Say

ROSEDALE, Md. (WJZ) -- Two suspects have been charged in the March 7 shooting death of a 13-year-old boy in the parking lot of Kenwood Shopping Center, according to Baltimore County Police.

The suspects have been identified as Rodrick ONeil Bell, 20, and Jeremiah Corneal Bell, 16, both of the 5000 block of Walther Avenue.

Police were called to the 6200 block of Kenwood Avenue shortly after midnight on March 7 for a report of a disturbance outside the Triple Threat Elite Dance Studio. Upon arriving, they discovered multiple shooting victims in the parking lot of a shopping plaza.

A 13-year-old was pronounced dead at the location while five others, including two 12-year-old boys and two 14-year-olds and a 19-year-old boy, were transported to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

The 13-year old victim has been identified as Rickie Forehand from the 5900 block of Hillen Road in Baltimore.

Both Rodrick Bell and Jeremiah Bell are facing charges of first-degree murder and five counts of attempted first-degree murder. Jeremiah Bell is charged as an adult in these crimes.
