Ken Weinman: Ray Lewis Is Going To Try
The man may be 36, but Ray Lewis will not be a slave to father time. At an age when most NFL players are either retired or thinking about post playing days, the Baltimore Ravens MLB is going to try to play Thanksgiving night against the San Francisco 49ers.
Original reports said that Lewis could miss up to 4 weeks, but those reports are for mere mortals. Not the heart and soul of the Ravens defense. It's just another sidebar story to what should be a great game. Not only are we going to have the HARbowl (Jim vs John) , but now we may have Lewis dancing out of the tunnel as well.
