Ken Weinman: Ravens Must Avoid Letdown
The Baltimore Ravens are probably glowing today. It's their day off. They are coming off an incredible last minute comeback win over their rivals the Pittsburgh Steelers. What's more, they did it in Pittsburgh and they did it with their offense.
You could tell after the game how much it meant to get the sweep against the Steelers. John Harbaugh was jumping into players arms. Even Joe Flacco showed a ton of emotion after he realized Torrey Smith caught the football. All this will be worthless though if the Ravens go to Seattle and lay an egg versus the Seahawks on Sunday.
The Ravens need to avoid the pitfalls that trapped them earlier in the season at Tennessee and Jacksonivlle. They are a really good team, if they want to start thinking Super Bowl they have to take care of business against teams they should beat.
