Ken Weinman: NFL Playoff Picks
The Baltimore Ravens are off this weekend but there are games to be played.
Starting with Saturday the Cincinnati Bengals are at the Houston Texans. Its the Texans first ever playoff game and first home playoff game in Houston since 1991. The Texans continue to go with rookie 5th round pick TJ Yates. Yates beat the Bengals earlier this season. He should have Andre Johnson back in this game which gives Houston a deep threat. I like the Texans.
In the nightcap the Detroit Lions go to New Orleans to play the Saints. Detroit is a nice team but you're not beating Drew Brees at home. My pick is the Saints.
On Sunday the Atlanta Falcons take on the New York Giants. The Giants have a great pass rush but I dont like their defense otherwise. I think Matt Ryan goes on the road and gets his first playoff victory.
Finally the Pittsburgh Steelers travel to Denver to face Tim Tebow and the Broncos. The Steelers are banged up but I don't think the Broncos can score. I'll take the Steelers. Check back on Monday to see how I did.
