John McClain On The Ravens Addition Of QB Ryan Mallett

John joined Ed and Steve to talk about the Ravens addition of former Texans QB Ryan Mallett.
Steve asked John what the issues Ryan Mallett has been facing during his time in the NFL. John noted that Ryan has made a habit of being habitually late for team activities, "we didn't know that he was habitually late until he was cut by the Texans. It started when he didn't show up to practice because of what he said was due to oversleeping. It hit rock bottom when he missed the flight to Miami. I'm happy for him to get another opportunity. Its not often that this late in the season to be able to get a quarterback like Ryan Mallett."
Ed asked John whether he think Ryan Mallett can be a great quarterback in the NFL. John believes the potential is there, "he has the potential to be very good in the NFL. The Ravens may like him enough to keep him through the off-season program and then give him a shot next year."
John went on to discuss his thoughts on Ryan Mallett both as a player and person, and what Ravens fans can expect from him both on and off the field.
