Jeremy Conn: Ravens Vs. Steelers
It doesn't really feel like Steelers week this week.
I don't know if it's because the Ravens just dropped a double nickel on the Raiders or if it's because Big Ben won't play. It doesn't have the same feel to it as most years when this game is played. I think the Ravens are fortunate that Ben wont play, but as some Ravens fans have pointed out, they weren't complaining that they were coming in to this game missing 2 corners, their MLB, and with 2 of their best defensive players limping in.
The game opened up with the Steelers at -3.5 points, but with Frankenstein being out, it has gone a full touchdown in the other direction. The Ravens are now -3.5 and need to take advantage of the situation to assure themselves of a home playoff game. Baltimore has struggled on the road this season. Losses to Philadelphia and Houston on the road and barely pulled out victories against the Browns and Chiefs.
