Jeff Passan Talks About His New Book And The Orioles' Perfect Start
Jeff Passan is the author of the book "The Arm: Inside The Billion-Dollar Mystery Of The Most Valuable Commodity In Sports."
Jeff joined Ed and Steve to talk about his new book and baseball topics in general.
Jeff started out by talking about the Orioles hot start to the season and his prediction saying "I had them in last place actually...I was not alone, and I'm not trying to rain on their parade at all but they have so far beaten the Twins who are a really bad team and the Rays who are offensively challenged." As for whether O's fans could expect this type of play to continue Jeff said "I expect a little bit of regression...they're going to hit home-runs and their bullpen is going to be really good."
Jeff also talked about his new book about all the damage pitching can do to the arm and the rush to Tommy John surgeries.
