Jason Catania Talks Brawls, Suspensions & AL East Outlook
Jason Catania with MLB.com joined the Scott Garceau Show with Jeremy Conn today to talk about the latest stories around the MLB.
The talk heading into the week was all about Rougned Odor's right hook to Jose Bautista's face and Jason Catania talked about possible punishments coming from the MLB: "I'm trying to think of other previous situations where its been that blatant of a hay-maker thrown. It doesn't tend to happen in baseball. I think that's the thing that people get riled up with; melees and brawls in baseball a lot of times, there aren't actual punches thrown. It's a lot of pushing and shoving so I would think that this would be probably a little heavier of a suspension than what we've seen."
Jason also talked about other suspensions coming for players and coaches involved in the brawl, an outlook of what he thinks the Orioles will do this year plus more in the full interview.
