Investigators Will Not Release How Teen Died In Plane
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- It's been more than three months since a teen stowaway from Baltimore died, and investigators say the public may never know what happened.
Investigators say Delvonte Tisdale, 16, crawled into the wheel well of a jet at an airport in Charlotte then died.
The police report into how that happened has been sealed by the federal government.
The airport does plan to increase staffing and bolster security.
