Illinois To Face Maryland In Big Ten/ACC Challenge
CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (AP) -- Illinois will travel to Maryland on Nov. 29 for next season's Big Ten/ACC Challenge.
Illinois has faced Maryland four times in the series between the two conferences but never won. Three of those games have been at Maryland.
But Illinois won its last meeting with Maryland, 80-76. That was last year in the third-place game at the 2K Sports Classic Benefiting Coaches vs. Cancer.
Other matchups in this year's Big Ten/ACC series will include Duke at Ohio State and Wisconsin at North Carolina. Other games will include Northwestern at Georgia Tech and Florida State at Michigan State.
