Tydings Bridge Toll Plaza Starting Construction For Electronic Tolling Next Week
HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. (WJZ) — A heads up if you frequently travel along I-95.
Construction is starting at Tydings Bridge Toll Plaza to install all electronic tolling. Beginning Wednesday, four lanes in the middle will be closed.
Interim improvements should be completed by early 2022. In the long run, it will help save time, and lower emissions since cars won't be idling.
Electronic tolling is already installed at the Bay Bridge, Key Bridge and Hatem Bridge in Cecil County.
