Hunter Accidentally Shot in Rural Cecil County
WARWICK, Md. (AP) — Maryland State Police say a hunter sustained an accidental gunshot wound in rural Cecil County and was critically injured.
Maryland State Police say a helicopter crew was called to the scene in a rural, swampy area of southern Cecil County on Saturday morning.
Maryland State Police say that they transported the hunter to by helicopter to R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.
Maryland State Police did not give the name of the injured hunter or say what may have led to the accidental shooting.
