Hoyer To Attend Opening Of New ATK Facilities
BELTSVILLE, Md. (AP) -- ATK's Spacecraft Systems and Services will be opening two new facilities in Beltsville.
Rep. Steny Hoyer, D-Md., is scheduled to attend the opening on Friday.
The company is expanding to meet increased demands for its aerospace products and technologies from government, commercial and international customers.
Hoyer's office says the expansion will result in up to 50 new manufacturing positions, with potential to yield an additional 150 jobs in the next 12 to 18 months.
