House Fire Causes $400,000 In Damage In Hagerstown
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Fire officials say a fire destroyed a house on Leiters Mill Road near Hagerstown.
The blaze was reported Sunday about 4:35 p.m. and started on the front porch of the one-story home. Firefighters battled the blaze for about 45 minutes before bringing it under control.
The fire caused $400,000 in damage.
Five residents were displaced. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
