Holiday Inn Express Robbed In Annapolis
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Police are investigating a report of an armed robbery at an Annapolis hotel.
Anne Arundel County Police say they were called around 8 p.m. Saturday to a Holiday Inn Express on Riva Road.
Witnesses told police that a man came into the hotel, drew a gun and demanded money. A clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of cash, and the man fled.
Police say the suspect was wearing a yellow baseball hat, a black Star Wars T-shirt and tan shorts.
