Gunman Robs Roadside Produce Salesman
WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) -- The Carroll County Sheriff's Office says a lone gunman robbed a man who was selling produce from the back of his pickup truck in Westminster.
It happened Saturday afternoon on East Main Street. The victim was sitting in the cab of his truck when a man with a handgun pressed the weapon against the victim's neck and demanded money.
The man ran off with an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no injuries.
