Governors, D.C. Mayor To Discuss Regional Issues
ARLINGTON, Va. (AP) -- The governors of Maryland and Virginia and the mayor of the District of Columbia are getting together to discuss regional issues.
Wednesday's meeting in Arlington will be the first for the three executives since Democrat Terry McAuliffe took office in Virginia. Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley and district Mayor Vincent Gray are also Democrats.
They're expected to discuss issues including transportation, public safety and the environment.
