Gov. Larry Hogan Picks Maryland To Win NCAA Bracket
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Governor Larry Hogan is keeping his Maryland pride alive by choosing the Terps to go all the way in the NCAA Tournament.
The tournament begins today and the Terps play their first game tomorrow afternoon at 4:30 p.m. against South Dakota State.
