Going Behind Enemy Lines With The Voice Of The Patriots Bob Socci
Bob Socci, the play by play voice of the New England Patriots joined the Scott Garceau Show with Jeremy Conn and Jason La Canfora to give one ast preview of the Ravens match-up against the Patriots this weekend. The Ravens and Patriots have quite the playoff history over the past six years, Bob believes the both teams have moved on from their playoff past. "By the end of today's locker room session when the player availability took place for the media, I think all the angles were exhausted certainly fairly examined. It's time for the talking to end and thankfully going into this match-up I think most people have analyzed the game and there hasn't been trash talk prior to a Ravens Patriots game but, examining the storylines and the angles and the match-up. Certainly there is a playoff past between them and certainly it's a part of this game. But as the players have said frequently here is that these are two different teams since they played in the AFC Championship in 2012."
Jeremy asked Bob what he thinks the Ravens could see from the New England offense. "The Patriots will have a spread attack very similar to what they did against Detroit and try to get the ball out of Brady's hands very quickly. What is interesting about that particular style with New England, they often use the pass as part of the running game."
