Glenn Younes And Vinny Cerrato Discuss Ray Rice
Vinny Cerrato of 105.7 The Fan's The Vinny and Rob Show, called into The Glenn Younes show to talk about Ray Rice's recent contract with the Ravens, the offensive line, and Ed Reed.
Right before the franchise deadline at 4 pm yesterday, the Ravens were able to sign Running Back Ray Rice to a long term deal. Cerrato said this deal is very beneficial to both the Ravens and Rice.

"To me, it's kind of a win win for both. The Raven's get him signed, they get him for three years at quality money," he said.
For the first three years of the deal Rice stands to make 29 million dollars, and last last two years he stands to make 11 million dollars. Cerrato said this deal will allow extra cap space is a good back-up for the Ravens to have.
"[The Ravens] always try to keep 1.7 [million] in room throughout the year because you've got to be able to withstand injuries and stuff because you're going to bring people in for replacement," he said.
Cerrato also expressed concern about the Offensive Line, and the team counts on Offensive Tackle Bryant McKinnie, to come into camp in shape.
"It looks like he's playing basketball. He's doing a lot of things. My gut tells me he;s going to come and shape and they need that because he's going to be the left tackle or right tackle," he said.
Cerrato also expressed doubts about the abilities of Jah Reid, the Ravens 3rd Round pick at Tackle from 2011.
"I don't think he can play right tackle. I don't think he can move his feel well enough. Just watching him out of Mini Camp I don't think he can move. If he can't play guard I don't know where he plays," he said.
Also making headlines this off-season is the antics of Ravens Safety Ed Reed. Cerrato said that Reed needs to hire an agent because right now it's too difficult to talk to him.
"I think it's hard to talk to him because he doesn't have an agent. To me that makes it the most difficult thing because he goes off, he spouts off here and there and you don't know what he's thinking," he said.
