Georgia Man Charged With Allegedly Murdering Md. Student
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Police have arrested a Georgia man they say murdered a Howard County native.
Officers charged Stephen McDaniel with killing Lauren Giddings. The law school graduate was killed and then dismembered near her apartment.
McDaniel was Giddings' neighbor and classmate. He was already in jail for two burglary charges.
