Gaithersburg Man Charged In Ocean City Sex Offense
OCEAN CITY, Md. (AP) -- Ocean City police say a man has been charged after a woman said she was sexually assaulted in a rented condo at the resort.
Luis M. Calderon, 25, of Gaithersburg was arrested Aug. 11 and charged with sex offenses, sodomy and assault. He was released on bond.
Police say on June 7, Calderon and the alleged victim, along with other friends, drank to intoxication at their rented condo. Officers say the victim told them that she remembers going to sleep in a bedroom and being sexually assaulted by Calderon.
