Fugitive From Texas Arrested In Md.
CALIFORNIA, Md. (AP) -- The St. Mary's County Sheriff's Office says a man wanted in the sexual assault of a child in Texas has been arrested.
Deputies arrested 26-year-old Felix Alexandro Pinto Jr., at a home in California, where he had been living. He is charged with being a fugitive from justice.
Authorities say Pinto is wanted in connection with a crime committed in Liberty County, Texas.
Pinto is being held without bond awaiting an extradition hearing.
