Frederick Man Charged With Soliciting Sex
FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- A Frederick man has been charged with soliciting an undercover police officer for sex.
Police say 43-year-old Amilcar Hernandez approached the female officer and offered her money for sex on Friday evening while officers were working undercover on Waverly Drive.
He was arrested on the scene and charged with prostitution.
