FOXSports Writer Ken Rosenthal
FOXSports.com senior MLB writer for FOXSports.com Ken Rosenthal joined the Norris and Davis show on Baltimore's 105-7 THE FAN Thursday morning to discuss the recent success of the Orioles. He thinks the starting pitching is a problem so far, but the offense has been carrying them up until now. Rosenthal believes that the Orioles are not good enough as a team to do any damage in the AL East. He thinks that the Orioles are still chasing another starting pitcher in order to offset the poor starting pitching until now. Through 92 games, the starting pitchers have pitched at least seven innings only 14 times.
He then moves onto the Biogenesis scandal and thinks that it will be a very long time until players will actually be suspended because they can still play during the appeals process. He transitions to recent comments that have been made that steroids might have been good for the game of baseball, saying too much of a good thing can be bad.
