Fourth Person Arrested In St. Patrick's Day Beating
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Police say they have arrested the fourth person they were looking for in the videotaped beating of a Virginia man on St. Patrick's Day weekend in Baltimore.
Police say Shatia Baldwin, 21, of Baltimore has been charged with armed robbery, theft and first- and second-degree
assault. Baldwin was arrested early Wednesday. Police say tips helped them identify four people from the video that went viral.
The three others arrested in the case are 18-year-old Deangelo Carter, 20-year-old Shayona Davis and 21-year-old Aaron Parsons.
The victim told police that he woke up in his hotel room the morning after the attack with a black eye and missing his watch, phone and car keys.
