Four Seasons Luxury Hotel Opens In Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Harbor East's newest landmark opens its doors for the first time Monday. The Four Seasons Hotel invited the public in to sample the luxury as it welcomes its first overnight guests.

The glass on the $200 million building gleams, which means the majority of the Four Seasons Hotel rooms have floor to ceiling windows and a view of the Inner Harbor.
"Absolutely gorgeous and absolutely wonderful addition to our city," is how Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake describes it.
The Four Seasons Hotel marks the development of the very last parcel of Harbor East.
"They saw that this new property could be an urban resort, attracting people from all over the globe to come experience our great city," said Michael Beatty.
Harbor East Development Group has brought more than 6,000 jobs to the area, including the latest venture to open its doors.
"This is a ribbon cutting day celebrating close to 300 new jobs in our city, and I think that deserves another round of applause," Beatty said.
The Four Seasons' design is getting accolades as well—from the infinity swimming pool that's kept at a comfortable 80 degrees in the fall and winter, to the 10,000 square foot spa that includes heated tile lounge chairs and 11 treatment rooms. The signature Harbor salt scrub and massage starts at $255.
Rooms start at $300 a night, an introductory rate. But The Royal Suite and all 2,800 square feet is not for everyone-- just anyone who can afford the jaw-dropping $6,000 a night.
The hotel also features the restaurant Wit and Wisdom by Michael Mina. Another restaurant is set to open in February.
