First Day Of Spring Feeling More Like Winter

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The first day of spring is feeling a lot more like winter!

The average for this time of year is 55 degrees. On Sunday, we only made it into the upper 30s and lower 40s.

Some rain and snow will be moving in--mainly overnight.

The central part of the Eastern Shore could see 1-3 inches of snow. For Baltimore and Harford counties--a coating on grassy surfaces.

It will be breezy with increasing sunshine as we head into Monday.
