Fire Reported At Baltimore City School, No Injuries Reported
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A fire broke out at a Baltimore city school late Saturday night.
According to Baltimore City fire spokesman Roman Clark, firefighters responded to the scene of a two-alarm fire at Hazelwood Elementary Middle School in Baltimore around 11:06 p.m. Saturday.
Heavy fire was seen coming from a portable classroom in the back of the school and the blaze had spread to two other units, Clark reported. Firefighters had the fire under control by 11:48 p.m.
The main building was not damaged and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
