Fire In West Baltimore Sends 2 To The Hospital
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore City firefighters are currently on the scene of a one-alarm fire involving a three-story house.
It happened Tuesday around 6 a.m. in the 6000-block of Belleview Ave.
Upon arrival units reported fire conditions on the first floor with extension to the second and third floors.
Two adults suffered varying degrees of burn injuries. They were treated on the scene by paramedics and then were taken to Bayview Burn Center for further evaluation of their injuries.
Officials say the victims were a husband and wife. Their adult son jumped out of a window to escape the flames, but was not hurt.
