Baltimore FBI: Serial Bank Robber Strikes Again--This Time Without A Mask
BALTIMORE (WJZ)— The same robber hits one bank after another across the Baltimore area. When he almost got caught, authorities say he just changed his appearance and kept robbing! Now the FBI needs your help to find the man before he strikes again.

The FBI says the brazen bandit is behind eight area bank robberies since March 24. His most recent was at the Sun Trust Bank Tuesday in Essex.
"When a whole lot of robberies happen in a short period of time, we get really concerned for the public safety," said Patrick Dugan, FBI Special Agent.
The FBI says the suspect presents notes to the teller demanding money and stating he's armed. Police say now he's switching his tactics to avoid getting caught.
"In the first six robberies, he wore the same clothing and didn't cover up his face. Yesterday, he robbed a bank in Randallstown and wore a mask. Today he did not wear a mask again," Dugan said.
"I'm suspicious of anybody that comes through," said Patricia Hinton.
Hinton banks at one of the eight banks hit.
"It is a frightening thing to know that," she said.
Bank customers are on alert.
Police say the suspect targets banks at random.
"We think there's someone in the community that will see this photograph and recognize this person, they're going to know who they are," Dugan said.
And help the feds nab this brazen bandit before he targets a ninth bank.
Investigators believe the suspect is behind the following robberies:
Wells Fargo – 8522 Liberty Road, Randallstown, Md. on April 7
Bay Bank – 2637 Annapolis Road, Hanover, Md. on April 4
Wells Fargo – 8210 Gateway Overlook Drive, Elkridge, Md. on April 4
Wells Fargo – 582 Fredrick Road, Catonsville, Md. on April 3
Wells Fargo – 1726 East Northern Parkway, Baltimore, Md. on March 28
Wells Fargo – 6309 York Road, in Baltimore, Md. on March 25
Wells Fargo – 860 North Rolling Road in Catonsville, Md. on March 24
Witnesses have all described the robber as a black man, about 20 to 30 years old, 5'6" to 5'7", with a small build and medium complexion. He presents notes to the tellers and demands money, stating he has a weapon.
