FBI Offers Reward For Information On Royal Farms Armed Robberies
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- An FBI task force is looking for more information on a suspect who is wanted in connection with armed robberies at the Royal Farms convenience stores on 41st Street and on Harford Road.
The first incident happened on Feb. 21 at the Royal Farms in Northeast Baltimore. The suspect brandished a silver revolver and stole cash and cigarettes at the cash register. He then demanded a customer's wallet and shot him as he was trying to get his wallet out.
Another incident took place at 4 a.m. on Tuesday on 41st Street. The suspect again brandished a silver revolver and demanded money from the cashier. He then discharged a round of bullets from his revolver and took an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as an African-American male, around 35 years of age, approximately 5'7" tall and 200 lbs.
The FBI is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect. Anyone with information is urged to call (410)265-8080.
