Man Killed In West Baltimore Fire
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- A fire claims the life of a 57-year-old man in West Baltimore.
The Baltimore Fire Department has identified the victim as Jerome Bruno. He was found on the second floor of a burning house in the 2000-block of West Lexington Street early Friday morning.
Medics pronounced Bruno dead at the scene. His body was taken to the medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
An elderly man and woman were rescued from the home.
Firefighters say the blaze was brought under control in about 25 minutes. An investigation is now underway.
