Family Of Special Needs Boy Who Died From School Bus Fall To Get $100,000
BALTIMORE (WJZ)--Baltimore City will pay $100,000 to the family of a special needs student who died after falling from a school bus.
Six-year-old Jeremy Jennings Jr. fell out of an emergency door during a fight with another student in 2010.
A bus driver and two aides were on board.
Jennings' family says the school system was aware of his behavioral problems and he was supposed to be restrained.
