Face Masks No Longer Required In Maryland Courtrooms For Fully Vaccinated
(WJZ) -- Starting Tuesday, if you're fully vaccinated, you do not need to wear a mask in Maryland courtrooms or judicial buildings.
Maryland's Court of Appeals Chief Judge is relaxing the mandate due to new CDC protocols. All judicial employees, including judges, and court visitors who are fully vaccinated do not have to wear a face mask.
If you have not been vaccinated, you must continue to wear a face mask and maintain social distancing.
