Police Investigating After 1 Person Shot In Essex Monday Evening
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Baltimore Police Department is searching for the person who shot someone in Essex Monday evening.
Police say the shooting happened in the 500 block of Compass Rd.
One person was shot, and police believe the victim was targeted.
