Bob asked what about Orb had proved that he is the class of the 3-year-olds. Jeannine said that analyst were hesitant to pick Orb in the derby because it seems like the best horse often times doesn't win the Derby, but this time it did. Orb looks to be the real deal and he is thriving the last few weeks.
Steve asked why are there so few horses at the Preakness this year. She said it partially because Orb is so good and it is also because the Derby is such a difficult race.
Bob asked what we should make of Mylute. Jeannine said that Mylute is one of the horses she likes to possibly get in the money and she likes Itsmyluckyday too. Itsmyluckyday had a rough trip in the Derby and should be better at the Preakness.
Steve wanted to know about the new shooters in the Preakness. She told the guys that Departing is the horse to watch because he has a lot of ability and has performed well in his career.
