Police Arrest Suspect Wanted For 2 Burglaries At Ellicott City Shell Station
ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (WJZ) -- Thanks to tips from the public, police in Howard County arrested a burglary suspect.
Last week, investigators released a video of a man wanted for two burglaries at an Ellicott City Shell station in November and December.
They say he stole lottery tickets and then tried to cash them in.
Charles Moser Jr., 33, is now facing several charges.
