Edgewood Shooting Victim Recovering; Police Arrest Suspect
EDGEWOOD, Md. (WJZ)-- An Edgewood man who was shot in the torso is in a serious but stable condition. The man who is suspected of shooting him has been captured.
On Monday, Emmanuel Obguli, 22, who lived in the 1800-block of Eloise Lane was shot after a physical and verbal altercation involving several people.
One of those people was the suspect, Neal Aaron Turner, 27.
The Harford County Sheriff's Office issued an arrest warrant for Turner. He was taken into custody Wednesday and is being held without bail at the Harford County Detention Center on charges of attempted first-degree murder, first-degree assault and firearm use during a crime.
