Dunkin' Donuts Honors 10 For Improving Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore citizens were honored Tuesday for doing their part to improve our community.
Dunkin' Donuts searched through a hundred nominations and have chosen 10 people who have gone above and beyond to help others.
Recipients of the Community Hero Award receive a $250 check and coffee and donuts for a year.
"I was just overjoyed. I was surprised, first of all, and with the surprise, I wanted to include the women so I told them about it," said Cynthia Evans.
Organizers at Dunkin' Donuts say they hope the awards inspire others to do more for the community.
