15-Year-Old Trinity Brooks Struck, Killed While On Sidewalk After Car Crashes Into Building In Dundalk
DUNDALK, Md. (WJZ) -- A 15-year-old girl was killed and another person was injured after a vehicle crashed into a building in Dundalk Tuesday evening.
Police were called to the intersection of Delvale and Holabird Avenues just after 5:30 p.m. for a report of a crash. They learned a 2006 Nissan Altima was driving north on Delvale Avenue when the car drove onto the sidewalk, striking the 15-year-old, later identified as Trinity Brooks.

Trinity was later pronounced dead by Baltimore County Fire Department personnel.
The driver of the Altima was taken into custody and police say they will release more information when that person has been formally charged.
"Right now, we are looking into the possibility that drugs or alcohol were involved in this," Baltimore Police Corporal Sean Vinson said. "We do expect charges but official charges have not been filed as of yet."
A day later, her friends, who asked not to be identified, said it's hard to put into words just how much Trinity meant to them.
"She cared about other people more than she probably cared about herself," they said.
