Dump Truck Overturns On Route 40; 1 Person Injured
ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (WJZ)—A serious accident caused problems in Howard County on Thursday afternoon.
Sky Eye Chopper 13 was over the scene of a dump truck that overturned on Route 40 and Rogers Avenue in Ellicott City.
We're told two people were inside. One of them sustained life-threatening injuries.
